    • What a delightful and informative afternoon at the tea and presentation! It was my first visit ( of many, I’m certain) to Fernwood. Being an amateur gardener you encouraged me to dig in as I immerse Into retirement summering in Maine. With your extensive variety, well cared-for shady gardens, expert advice and obvious love for the earth my friends and I felt welcomed, informed and refreshed. Thank you, Rick and Denise, and we will see you soon!

Ps. Look forward to making those scrumptious scones!

      • Hello Estelle,
Thank you for the kind words and for attending the garden talk..it was great fun for us as well. So glad we can help with any garden questions! I’ll post the scone recipe on the blog tomorrow…and maybe make another batch as well! Take care and enjoy the rest of your summer,

    • Come along , Jean!…..we can then spend some time playing with wool as well! Hope you guys are doing well, it’s been really hot here and not a whole lot of rain. Same there I bet. Hello to all at Great Mountain Forest!

    • Hi Brenda,
Drop -ins for this event is just fine. Often, with the classes we teach we require folks to pre-register, but not this ‘tea and talk’…just show up! It would be great to have you visit!
